We often get the question, "What kind of materials do you use"?  Well, as the owners of American Gutters, please allow us to brag. Aluminum gutters are more often than not installed and attached to the house with what is called a hidden hanger. Our hangers are simply the most durable and strongest on the market. They do cost us a bit more, but when buying  10,000 at a time, the extra cost is almost invisible for us. These gutter hangers are installed with a screw. Again, our screws are simply the best. They are 2 inches long and have a bigger head than normal gutters screws.

 On the issue of the actual aluminum gutter material, most (if not all) gutter companies use the exact same material and it is often purchased from the same manufacturers. This material is .027 inches thick. We offer a 20 yr warranty on the material and a 15 year workmanship warranty, the best in the gutter business.

Please don’t be confused by others claiming they use better materials, it is likely they are not being honest. Ask them to compare their products to ours. Always ask for samples and explanations on the products you purchase.
